Software Platform Options

HTML Custom Website: for general web browsing without downloading software. Able to view IP cameras live.

 

Bosch Video Client: for use with Bosch IP cameras and Bosch 700 Series recorder. Free for up to 16 IP cameras and free for 700 series recorders. Can be expanded up to 128 IP cameras.

 

 

Bosch Control Center: for use with some 400 series, all 600 series, and all 700 series recorders. Free download, no software licenses.

 

IP Cam Viewer App for Android and iPhone/iPad: free with ads or inexpensive purchase for no ads.  Works on Android phones and tables as well as iPhone and iPad. Works with Bosch IP cameras live.

  Download Bosch Video Client for Windows here. You might need to adjust some configurations, so give us a call for some help if necessary.

 NOTE: you must CHANGE from standard to HTTP mode to view IP cameras over the internet with BVC. Click here for helpful hint on how to change Configuration Manager to do this.   

 

 
 
   
  iPad/iPhone users: Go to the App Store and search for "IP Cam Viewer Pro" by Robert Chou and input the IP addresses above as the camera addresses.  The icon for the App looks like this:

 
   
  Android Phone/Tablet Users - Go to Android Market and search for "IP Cam Viewer Pro" by Robert Chou and input the IP addresses above as the camera addresses. The icon for the App looks like this:

  Hint: you can use your Internet Explorer web browser or Control Center to access this DVR.  If you use Control Center, you can also access the 600 Series DVR at the same time and mix and match cameras in your viewing window.  Web browser allows access to one DVR at a time. You can also use Bosch Video Client to access the 700 series as well as directly to Bosch IP cameras simultaneously.   Step 1: Install the Bosch Security app from the Apple App Store.

Step 2: Click here from your iPhone/iPad web browser to install the GV4 demo certificate into your app.

Step 3: use "1234" as the passcode   *note that only one user can be logged in at a time, so please retry if necessary.

Step 4: Contact us for more help such as how to view a camera that can see the demo GV4 as you turn on and off the strobe light or arm and disarm the panel causing the touch screen keypad to change displays. The camera's IP address is 74.106.249.43 and you may need a codec to view the camera from here
